Great service and the food came out nice and hot. We had a short wait but it was worth it, especially as we were starving and not many other restaurants are around.

I'm glad that I discovered this Waffle House that is so close to where I live. Getting into the parking lot can be tricky -- either you're turning left against a line of traffic or you have to cut through the car wash that's around the corner and come to it from the other side. This is one of the larger WHs I've been to. Very clean and well -lit. The food was, as usual, very good. We had the All-Star breakfast and when I ordered my eggs over well, the cook made them perfectly. So many places (not exclusively WH) just smash eggs flat and leave a hockey puck of a yolk with the whites resulting in being a brown crispy mess. (Yeah, I might be a little picky.) The only reason I'm not rating this location with a 5th star is because one of the waitresses was eating a chocolate chip waffle at the low counter in between waiting on the 3 booths by the windows. Seriously, she would take an order, tell the cook, take a bite, put a waffle on, take a bite, deliver the plates, take a bite, etc. Just not professional in my opinion. I would think that the cooks/servers would have a designated time and place to eat their meals, and not during their shift in front of the customers. We'll be back -- great location and you can't go wrong with the food.

I love me some Waffle House; however, this location is not something I would recommend. Can't vouch for food quality as I was ignored for 10 Minutes after sitting at the counter. I never had the opportunity to order anything. They just stared at me and walked past repeatedly.

After looking for few table is not clean yet , we just sit down for one little better table but not clean .the Food is fine . But the service is poor , the lady only take my order , not straw for my drink . And I almost done my meal . This is our local Waffle House out here in Rural West Ashley/John's Island (it's really in rural West Ashley- just that everywhere this far down on Savannah Hwy has a John's Island ZIP). As far as food goes, it's standard Waffle House fare. My personal favorites include the blueberry waffle and a diet coke with added vanilla- you get free refills on it here, so if you like soda, it pretty much rocks. The service is always good as well, but the restaurant is pretty small, so if you're going alone or with one other person, you should opt to sit at the bar, there aren't very many booths and it stays packed. There's lots of Waffle Houses in Charleston- hey, it's the South. There's not a whole lot of anything out in Rural West Ashley, but at least we have WH! Not every state has them and if you go to the Facebook page, people are always wanting WH to bring one to their city. Also, sign up for their e-mail list, and they email you coupons for free waffles- how spiffy is that?

The BEST quick diner food EVER!! Their service is ABAOLUTELY AMAAAZIIIIING!! My waitress was suuuuper friendly and attentive! Being from California, i didnt know what to expect.. but i was completely blown away by their service!! Thanks for a lovely meal and i will be sure to return!! :D

Might be one of the cleaner waffle houses I have been to in my experience. The service was good and the food was more than average for Waffle House standards. I had a couple waffles and a regular coffee and didn't break the bank for a small but filling meal. I would def recommend this Waffle House as a good place to grab some breakfast foods in the west Ashley area.
